Our Roadmap for Positive Commerce

Our Roadmap for Positive Commerce aims to develop ultra-low carbon IoT devices; contribute to retail’s Net-Zero target; and enable better and more sustainable stores, thus protecting jobs, consumers and communities.

As the global leader in digital solutions for physical commerce, VusionGroup is uniquely positioned to help drive the sustainability of significant aspects of the retail sector. Our priorities toward the Roadmap for Positive Commerce are structured on three pillars:

  1. Turning the physical store into a digital asset.
  2. Protecting the environment by making the digital transformation of retail low-carbon and sustainable.
  3. Following this strategy in compliance with the guidelines of the OECD and the United Nations.

Our Environmental Commitments

We are committed to producing a business model scenario compatible with limiting global warming to 1.5°C, and to developing low-carbon IoT devices, thus contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions in the in-store retail sector. We renewed our pledge to the UN Global Compact and confirmed our engagement in line with the Paris Agreement.

Climate Commitments

  • To avoid additional GHG emissions in our customers’ use cases;
  • To achieve carbon neutrality by 2030 in our operations and throughout the value chain.
