At VusionGroup, we continue to develop our ESG strategy and we have a clear action plan to decarbonize our products and our supply chain and to enable a more sustainable commerce. As such, the Group has launched several initiatives detailed further below, and committed to achieve major milestones in the following years, in line with our ambition to be GHG-neutral by 2030.

Our Roadmap for Positive Commerce aims to develop ultra-low carbon IoT devices; contribute to retail’s Net-Zero target; and enable better and more sustainable stores, thus protecting jobs, consumers and communities.

We are committed to producing a business model scenario compatible with limiting global warming to 1.5°C, and to developing low-carbon IoT devices, thus contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions in the in-store retail sector. We renewed our pledge to the UN Global Compact and confirmed our engagement in line with the Paris Agreement.

Since 2021, we have an ethical system available in French and English for our employees, customers, suppliers, and service providers via the generic email address ethics@vusion.com with two recipients (one senior HR manager and one senior ESG/Legal Department manager). It guarantees the principle of confidentiality of reports.
This system makes it possible to collect reports on the existence of behaviors or situations contrary to applicable laws, internal regulations, and the VusionGroup’s values and principles set out in the Code of Ethics. It also makes it possible to report a behavior or practice anonymously.
VusionGroup’s ESG commitments, strategies, objectives and activities are overseen by a committee of the Board of Directors. Our ESG objectives and priorities are natural extension and an integral part of our Positive Commerce framework. Our ESG ambitions operate on two levels.
